New Kia Forte rendering images released

Kia has released the very first official images of its next-generation Kia Forte sedan.

Set to debut in the fourth qurster of the year, the all-new 2014 Kia Forte will first go on sale in the South Korean market, while later the stylish compact sedan will appear at the Kia dealerships across the globe.

The international public premiere of the 2014 Kia Forte will likely be held at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.

Kia has yet to release more details about the new Forte, but we can safely say that the new model will sport a lot more distinctive exterior design as the current Forte sedan.

As evident from the image renderings below, the new Kia Forte will sport Kia's signature grille, LED headlights and sporty bumper with fog-lamps. At rear, the Forte will also get a pair of stylish LED taillamps.

Kia also revealed that the 2014 Forte sedan range will be expanded by new Forte 5-door and redesigned Forte Koup 2-door in the first half of 2013. [Source: Kia-World.net via Kia Motors]

Next-generation Kia cee'd image released

Kia releases first official image of the 2013 Kia cee'd!

It's still two months before the 2013 Kia cee'd makes its official premiere, but the carmaker decided to release the very-first official image of its next-generation C-segment car to public.

Scheduled to go on sale in the first half of 2012, the all-new 2013 Kia cee'd will sport more stylish exterior lay-out and also more sophisticated interior, says Kia.

It will be built upon the same platform as Hyundai i30 and will also use the same engine technology. The all-new 2013 cee'd from Kia Motors will be produced at Kia's European manufacturing plant, located in Slovakia.

It will be produced alongside new Sportage CUV, which has experienced a very high consumer demand. Kia can't build enough of the Sportages, actually. Hopefully, the 2013 Kia cee'd will see the same positive reaction from the European public as its crossover sibling.

What is interesting about the new Kia cee'd is the fact that it will be used as a base for the next-generation Kia Forte sedan. We have seen some spy shots already and those suggest the new Forte will feature the same front-end design as the 2013 Kia cee'd. Some minor styling changes are expected though to satisfy the North American consumer tastes.

More details about the new Kia cee'd will be released soon, so stay tuned!
